VCS’ Human Performance Center (HPC)
The Human Performance Center at Valley Christian’s Skyway campus offers highly comprehensive and specialized training programs for student-athletes in grades 6-12 and is specifically engineered to maximize developmentally based properties of athleticism to give every player – regardless of sport – the tools necessary to reach their maximum athletic ability. Divided into two specific programs: Movement and Strength; each class is a positive developmental atmosphere focused on achieving successful athletic experiences for years to come. The staff applies multiple training systems that generate maximum results. The team of specialists will provide you with the tools you need to perform at your highest level. Helping you execute the plan to achieve your goals is our passion and priority, and our staff is solely dedicated to helping you maximize your potential by:

Performance Classes (during the school day)
VCS offers HPC-driven classes built for each athlete to continue to train, recover, or grow throughout the school year
- Indoor sports performance (2 class periods)
- Outdoor sports performance (2 class periods)
- Football performance (2 class periods)
- Foundations of Baseball
- Foundations of Water Polo
After School Workouts
HS Athlete Training
- What: Sport-specific training for athletes who participate on VCHS sports teams
- Where: HPC1
- When: Monday-Friday*
- 2:45pm - Team scheduled training
- 3:30pm - Individual Athlete (not with entire team)
- 4:15pm - Individual Athlete (not with entire team)
JH & HS Fitness Class
- What: Bootcamp-style class available to all grades and fitness levels
- Where: HPC2
- When: Monday-Thursday, 3:30pm-4:30pm*
*All after school offerings are subject to occasional cancelations.
